Open Republican Championship on Sport Climbing started in sports climbing center “ClimBaku” today. Head of division of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Republic Mirkamil Ragimov spoke about attention and care to the sport in our country at the opening ceremonyof the competition.
On October4-5, 2014 will be held the next Open Republican Championship on Rock Climbing on Beshbarmak mountain in administrative territory of Siyazan region organized by Air and Extreme Sports Federation of Azerbaijan (FAIREX) and support of Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan.
On 20-21 September, 2014 will be held the next Open Republican Championship on Sports Climbing in sport climbing center “ClimBaku” by the organization of Air and Extreme Sports Federation of Azerbaijan (FAIREX).
On 22 August 2014, Federation of Air and Extreme Sports Federation of Azerbaijan (FAIREX) held the next report-election conference at Sport Climbing Center "ClimBaku".
With the invitation of Air and Extreme Sports Federation of Azerbaijan (FAIREX) the vice-president of International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) Helmut Knabl was in trip in Azerbaijan.
On June 14, 2014 was held the regular meeting of Mountain Protection Commission (UIAA) in Baku, Azerbaijan co-organized by Air and Extreme Sports Federation of Azerbaijan (FAIREX) and Western University.
